REFUND & EXCHANGE

In store & online purchases have 7 days for return.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise. Store credit or exchange only.  No refunds.  

All discounted items are final sale! No exceptions.

The customer is responsible for shipping and handling cost.  If shipping an item back, please email me at allidsboutique@gmail.com to let me know and also stating whether the order is an exchange or credit.

Ship all returns/exchanges to Alli D's Boutique @ 115 W. Sabine Carthage, TX 75633.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately once receiving and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.

Once items have been washed, worn, or carried we are not liable for any damages. Example: Pin holes in shirts, rips, tears, discoloration.  This also includes our bags, purses, and accessories.
